Project overview
This study examined 60+ global health systems and evaluated over 1,000 care delivery and payment reform innovations to identify solutions that could be rapidly adapted and scaled to strengthen the U.S.-based health systems targeting high-need, high-cost populations. This study was conducted using rapid assessment methodologies.
