Dr. Jules Iradukunda, MD, MSc, is a physician and global health researcher with expertise at the intersection of clinical care, data science, and health system strengthening. He gained significant global health experience at the University of Global Health Equity (UGHE) in Rwanda, where he advanced surgical system strengthening through research and hospital-based quality improvement initiatives.

Building on this foundation, Dr. Iradukunda has continued to bridge research and practice, designing predictive models, leading community-engaged studies, and contributing to peer-reviewed publications on surgical education, infection prevention, and health systems in Sub-Saharan Africa. His career is guided by a commitment to advancing equitable healthcare delivery through data-driven solutions, global collaboration, and sustainable innovation in health systems.

Dr. Iradukunda holds a Master of Science in Population Health Sciences from Duke University, a Master of Science in Healthcare Policy, Innovation, and Management from Maastricht University in the Netherlands, and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Rwanda.
